Connect the Dots was created to help families navigate the difficult process of transitioning their loved ones to full-time residential aged care. Their mission is to match the needs of clients with services quickly and with minimal stress.
Our task was to design a consumer-facing website that not only captured leads but also provided resources and information in an empathetic, emotive, and accessible way. This website was developed in conjunction with a comprehensive marketing strategy that involved a new branding design, paid social media, and a digital marketing campaign.
